Job summary

FineMark Bank & Trust, a division of Commerce Bank, seeks a Trust Client Relationship Manager to oversee relationship growth and client satisfaction. The role works with the Portfolio Manager and team to deliver client-focused service and accurate administration of trust accounts.

The ideal candidate has extensive trust operations experience, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong client communication skills. This is a full-time on-site role at our Naples, FL location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years in transactional banking or trust administration support.
• Knowledge of trust operations, compliance, controls, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for trust clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor and review account retention and annual reviews of internal documents.
• Participate in client meetings to review beneficiary designations and RMDs.
• Ensure accounts comply with governing instruments, laws, and bank policies.
• Document client communications and coordinate proactive outreach.
• Support financial planning processes with the team.
• Assist onboarding and new business efforts with related specialists.
• Review tax forms (1099-R, 5498) before distribution to clients.
• Train new associates and perform trust account reviews as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
