FineMark National Bank & Trust, a division of Commerce Bank, seeks a Trust Client Relationship Manager in Naples, FL. The role emphasizes managing trust relationships and collaborating with the Portfolio Manager to exceed client expectations.

The candidate will contribute to client onboarding, annual reviews, and coordination with trust and private banking teams to deliver exceptional service and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience providing transactional banking services to clients, or administrative/operational support to trust administration
• Trust/asset management/private banking institution experience preferred
• Experience with Trust Desk platform preferred

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main contact for trust clients and coordinate with internal teams to resolve admin and account activities
• Monitor and review account retention
• Participate in client meetings to review beneficiary designations, RMDs, proper titling, and other maintenance
• Ensure accounts are administered per governing instrument, state laws, and policies
• Document client communications in the contact management system and coordinate proactive communication
• Support the financial planning process and onboarding of new clients
• Review annual tax forms before mailing to clients
• Train new associates and ensure timely Trust Account Reviews
• Perform other duties as assigned
