You will work with fiduciary teams to support wealth management clients and drive relationship growth.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, compliance with governing instruments and laws, and proactive client communication to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience providing transactional banking services or trust administration support.
• Trust/asset management or private banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for trust clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor and review account retention and annual reviews.
• Attend client meetings to review administrative aspects of relationships.
• Ensure accounts comply with governing instruments and laws.
• Document client communications and coordinate proactive updates.
• Participate in and support the financial planning process.
• Assist onboarding and facilitate new business with the client and account teams.
• Review annual tax forms before distribution to clients.
• Train new associates and ensure timely completion of reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
