Qualifications

• 2+ years in transactional banking or trust operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily trust administration and investment support in a team-focused environment.
• Process daily trust transactions using trust/accounting systems.
• Pay client bills and monitor accounts to avoid overdrafts.
• Support discretionary distributions and client gifts.
• Assist in set up of new accounts and data/input tracking with tax costs.
• Coordinate account closing and timely distributions.
• Serve as alternate contact for clients and outside professionals; document communications.
