Ripple is hiring a Risk Implementation Consultant in New York to lead discovery workshops, design future-state treasury architectures, and guide clients through complex risk and accounting transformations. You’ll work with treasury, accounting, and finance teams to implement holistic, scalable solutions across debt, derivatives, hedge accounting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing consulting, treasury/risk technology implementations, or SaaS delivery.
• Deep understanding of treasury and financial risk management: debt, FX and interest rate derivatives, hedge accounting, and accounting workflows.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and build creative, scalable client solutions.
• Strong solution architecture and business process design chops.
• Exceptional communicator — you translate complex concepts into clear, compelling business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery & Strategic Consulting: Drive high-impact discovery workshops, map processes, surface accounting requirements, and build trusted client relationships.
• Architect Bold Solutions: Design future-state architectures aligning Ripple Treasury capabilities with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver Across Key Risk Disciplines: Guide Debt & Investments, FX and Interest Rate derivatives, hedge accounting, and reporting workflows.
• Hedge Accounting: guide designation, testing, and valuation under ASC 815 / IFRS 9.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting: modernize reporting processes and automate journal entries.
• Implement with Confidence & Ownership: hands-on delivery of Ripple Treasury solutions, ensuring momentum and on-time finish.
• Lead Through Complexity: escalate blockers, evaluate options, and drive rapid resolution.
• Energize Clients Through Training: deliver impactful training and drive adoption.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to shape delivery and product roadmap.
