Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–4 years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Strong Excel, finance modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, management presentations, and board materials.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and cash flow to identify drivers.
• Support investor and lender reporting, including covenant calculations.
• Build models to evaluate acquisitions, growth initiatives, and capital investments.
