Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead treasury operations, maintain controls, and ensure liquidity for growth. The role partners with Finance leadership on acquisitions and capital investments, and involves cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and external partners.

You will manage 13-week forecasts, banking relationships, and payments, while exploring automation and scalable processes to support expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate cash positions, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience developing and maintaining 13-week cash flow forecasts.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury services, ACH transactions, wire transfers, and financial controls.
• Experience managing corporate banking relationships and coordinating significant cash requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury operations and maintain strong financial controls.
• Ensure liquidity and visibility to support operations and growth.
• Develop and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast and analyze variances.
• Manage banking relationships, accounts, and day-to-day treasury activities.
• Oversee wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers with controls.
• Support debt service, interest calculations, and lender reporting for Term Loan B.
• Monitor interest-rate exposure and support hedging activities.
• Partner with Finance leadership on acquisitions and capex.
• Identify opportunities to automate treasury processes and strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and external partners.
