Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance related field.
• Five+ years Commercial Banking experience with proven treasury management sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to influence others; strong computer and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Treasury Management representative to assigned accounts.
• Manage portfolio reports to identify growth opportunities and drive incremental revenue.
• Protect net interest margin by managing exception rates and profitability.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Develop action plans to move loan-only clients to treasury management.
• Manage market business plans and track sales performance in quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with partners to validate profitability of treasury management relationships.
• Lead and mentor Treasury Management Support Associates in day-to-day requests.
