Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Principal to lead treasury operations, liquidity management, banking relationships, and investments to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance experience.
• Experience managing cash, liquidity, treasury systems, investments, and banking relationships.
• Ability to provide financial analysis, treasury recommendations, and leadership to senior management.
• Participation in compliance program objectives and governance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
• Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury service providers.
• Evaluate and implement treasury and cash management systems to enhance automation and controls.
• Manage investment portfolio with external managers and performance reporting.
• Develop and enforce treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting on cash forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Provide liquidity, banking, and risk recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare Board/executive reporting on liquidity, investments, and risk exposure.
• Support audits related to treasury, cash management, and investments.
• Ensure regulatory and governance compliance, including covenants.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
