Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Principal, Treasury & Banking to lead cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking relationships. You will drive investment activities and strengthen internal controls to support financial stability and growth.

In partnership with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and executives, you will set treasury strategies, report on liquidity and risk, and ensure governance compliance while guiding system modernization and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Proven ability to manage cash, liquidity, and banking relationships.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and driving treasury initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
• Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury service providers.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of treasury systems to enhance automation and controls.
• Manage investment portfolio and coordinate with external investment managers.
• Develop treasury policies and internal controls aligned with risk management and governance standards.
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting on cash forecasting and reporting.
• Provide treasury insights to leadership on liquidity, banking, investments, and risk.
• Prepare and support Board/executive reporting on liquidity and risk exposure.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
