Job summary

OnePay in the United States seeks a Treasury Analytics Lead to advance cash forecasting, capital planning, and ALM modeling. You will build data infrastructure, risk models, and reporting processes to illuminate cash utilization, funding strategies, and balance sheet evolution.

You’ll partner with finance leadership, FP&A, and operations to implement AI-driven tools and scalable solutions, aligning treasury activities with strategic growth and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA/CA preferred.
• 7–10+ years in corporate treasury, liquidity management or related analytics.
• Experience at a large bank or major fintech.
• Experience prompting and using AI for operational efficiencies.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash management, forecasting, ALM, and banking products.
• Experience building or scaling treasury/finance data infrastructure; SQL and BI tools helpful.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Improve cash forecasting and integrate into corporate models.
• Define treasury data set and strategy; build infrastructure.
• Develop ALM, cash/capital utilization models; assess risk.
• Enhance treasury reporting, controls, and processes.
• Oversee compliance with capital adequacy and governance.
