Job summary

OnePay is a consumer fintech reshaping the way Americans manage money. This Treasury lead role partners with finance leadership to build cash, balance sheet, and risk models, incorporating AI to boost capital efficiency and forecasting accuracy.

You will own forecasting, ALM, and reporting while guiding funding strategies in a fast-moving, scale‑up environment. Candidates bring 7–10+ years in treasury/finance, strong data infrastructure skills, and experience at banks or fintechs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 7–10+ years in corporate treasury, liquidity management, or analytics.
• Experience at a large bank or fintech.
• Experience prompting and using AI for operational efficiencies.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash management, forecasting, ALM.

Responsibilities

• Cash forecasting and short/long-term cash flow projections.
• Develop treasury data set and strategy for modeling.
• Build ALM models to inform cash and investments.
• Design stress tests and scenario analyses for liquidity resilience.
• Enhance reporting, controls, and reconciliation in treasury.
• Ensure compliance with capital adequacy and regulatory standards.
