Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced treasury leader to own cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across the company’s growing balance sheet. You will partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax and business teams to improve accuracy, controls and processes while using AI tools to automate workflows.

You will help manage working capital, hedge programs, and capital allocation decisions in a fast-growth AI environment, reporting to the Head of Investments & Market Risk and collaborating across

• Lead direct cash flow modelling and forecasting across multiple entities and currencies.
• Translate forecasts into investment ladders, hedging and compliance tests.
• Build scalable treasury processes with strong controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a direct cash flow model and forecast by entity and currency.
• Establish a disciplined forecast cadence across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Support capital allocation with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Monitor working capital drivers and liquidity metrics.
• Prepare executive materials highlighting drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Tax and business teams to improve accuracy and controls.
• Back-up for investments desk and for FX/commodities desks.
