Job summary

Optimum is seeking a Manager, Corporate Travel & Operations to oversee enterprise travel programs, governance, and performance. You will manage travel policy, vendor partnerships, travel technology, reporting, and traveler support, while driving cost optimization and compliance.

The role partners with the Travel Management Company, Finance, Procurement, Security, Legal and HR to ensure program success and duty of care across a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism/Travel, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate travel programs, travel operations, TMC relationships, and supplier partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting travel spend, policy compliance, vendor performance, reimbursement trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise travel operations with goals and performance measurement frameworks.
• Lead analytics to track spend, model savings, and develop dashboards.
• Own and optimize travel technology platforms including booking tools and TMC integrations.
• Manage contracts, negotiations with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers.
