Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent with 5+ years of strategic/operational planning and analysis.
• Proficiency with DTS and legacy travel systems; ability to process travel authorizations and vouchers.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and oversee the commander's action group, calendar, schedule, and travel management.
• Serve as the DTS technician, processing travel authorizations and vouchers in DTS and legacy systems in compliance with regulations.
• Examine and verify travel authorizations, vouchers, and supporting documentation for adequacy and legality.
• Support reviewers and approving officials; resolve DTS problems and coordinate with the government travel program manager.
