Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Supply Chain & Transportation Systems Analyst – Level 3 in Irving, TX to lead business analysis activities for technology solutions across our healthcare ecosystem. You will elicit, document, and translate requirements, collaborate with IT and business partners, and drive implementations with a focus on efficiency and value.

The role emphasizes coordinating resources, validating solutions, and supporting UAT, with the aim of minimizing disruption while delivering on time

Qualifications

4+ years of experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as MercuryGate or Blue Yonder.
Experience leading stakeholder workshops, process mapping sessions, and requirements reviews.
Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and solution validation.
Knowledge of transportation operations, freight planning, shipment execution, or carrier management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment with objectives.
Translate business priorities into technical specifications with IT teams, validating feasibility and fit.
Lead workshops and design sessions with user communities and development teams.
Assess impact of solutions and deployments to minimize disruption and ensure smooth implementation.
Coordinate resources and timelines to deliver on time and within budget.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and define test scenarios to validate functionality.
Develop user documentation and training materials to support adoption and compliance.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and adoption of new technologies.
Provide consultative support on technology initiatives aligning with enterprise priorities.
Manage issues during development and implementation with governance visibility.
