The position emphasizes delivering scalable solutions, coordinating with carriers, finance, and technology teams to optimize cost and speed while maintaining customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical/quantitative field.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing programs and deliver complex projects across multiple organizations.
• Collaborate with external providers, customers, and partner teams on scalable solutions.
• Secure resources, scope efforts, and drive delivery with other managers.
• Own program communication and remove blockers to accelerate progress.
• Influence design and development of strategic processes.
