Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL proficiency.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing programs, delivering difficult projects across multiple organizations.
• Work with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft scalable solutions.
• Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, milestones and drive delivery.
• Own program communication, accelerating progress and clearing blockers.
• Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
• Engage other Amazon business units to share best practices and improve outcomes.
• Manage post-launch support plans and look for opportunities to improve program quality.
