Swift Transportation is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to join our team in Greer, SC. You will coordinate loads, optimize driver utilization, and provide creative solutions to exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you will assign loads based on customer requirements and regional profitability, monitor capacity, and collaborate with sales and accounts to improve efficiency. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Operations and/or Planning or Customer Accounts.
• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
• Strong problem-solving and persuasive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative solutions to exceed customer expectations.
• Assign loads based on customer requirements, driver availability and maximum profitability for assigned region.
• Review markets, check capacity, and coordinate with Customer Accounts daily.
• Determine balance, capacity, and demand of loads and trucks and assign loads to trucks.
• Continuously increase understanding of the assigned market and customers and share findings with sales and/or customer accounts.
• Review reports, identify waste opportunities and collaborate with sales and/or customer accounts to develop optimal solutions.
