Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• 1+ year of load planning or supply chain operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize load planning daily using the Transportation Management System and Warehouse Management System.
• Oversee the planning and coordination of transportation services to maximize efficiency.
• Apply independent judgment to determine truck locations and loads, tailoring planning to regional needs.
• Decide on late pickups, deliveries, load changes, cancellations or reassignments and communicate promptly.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, carriers, warehouse operations, and internal teams regarding load planning and transportation execution.
• Communicate daily with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Provide timely updates regarding shipment status, service failures, delays, and other operational issues.
