Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is required.
• 1 year required, 3 years preferred in transportation, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong written and verbal communication, excellent customer service, ability to work across levels.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with TMS systems (Blue Yonder, Mercury Gate or similar) desirable.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Daily load planning, optimization, routing, consolidation, and reporting of all transportation modes within NA Transportation activities.
• Monitor outbound and inbound shipments and provide solutions for timely delivery.
• Negotiate spot freight rates and dispatch out-of-network shipments.
• Manage carrier partners, review performance, and drive supply chain improvements.
• Serve as operational contact for warehousing sites and carriers.
• Use analytics and tools to optimize freight movement in a dynamic market.
