Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Transportation Manager for its Morristown, TN onsite location. You will lead a network of private fleet and hired haul operations, drive strategic logistics planning, and manage a team of coordinators, fleet managers, and CDL drivers to deliver on-time service.

Responsibilities include ensuring DOT compliance, improving customer service, and reducing costs while coordinating with multiple business units to optimize fleet performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year degree in business or related field; equivalent experience may apply.
• 5+ years' experience in related transportation field; including experience utilizing transportation management software systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
