FirstEnergy Corp. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to provide full-cycle recruiting and consulting to hiring managers across the transmission unit. There are three TA Acquisition Representative positions open.

The role involves sourcing, posting, interviewing, and offer negotiations, with a strong emphasis on diversity and compliance with employment laws. Travel to career events may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience with ATS systems, preferably SuccessFactors or Oracle.
• Strong sourcing, including diversity-focused candidate slates.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Transmission unit.
• Consult with hiring managers and draft job postings aligned to role requirements.
• Guide managers through posting, interviewing and candidate offers.
• Ensure diverse candidate slates in line with policy.
• Post jobs internally, externally and on third-party boards.
• Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies, including passive sourcing.
• Partner with EBGRs and stakeholders to boost diversity.
• Review resumes for fit and screen candidates via phone and interviews.
• Create pre-screening questions with hiring managers.
• Manage recruiting process in SMO ATS; document statuses and decisions.
• Support college recruiting and recruiting events as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of projects and candidate data.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related

4+ years of relevant work experience
