Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing or HR
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Empower ATS
• Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing objectives and position requirements
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting sources
• Increase diversity of candidate slates by engaging with niche and community groups
• Conduct phone screens and interviews and present salary recommendations
• Maintain thorough documentation of requisition status and selection decisions
