The role requires 2+ years in transit scheduling, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English, with collaboration across Operations, Depot and Fleet teams to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-efficient transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in transit, shuttle, or fleet scheduling, run cutting, and driver rostering.
• Hands-on experience with Optibus or a comparable scheduling platform.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update vehicle and driver schedules in Optibus for assigned routes, shuttles, and event operations.
• Perform run-cutting and rostering to produce efficient, compliant driver assignments.
• Translate service change requests, route modifications, and event requirements into schedule updates.
• Coordinate with Operations, Depot, and Fleet/Maintenance teams to confirm vehicle availability and readiness.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure schedules comply with labor agreements, hours-of-service regulations, and client SLAs.
