Job summary

The Brink's Company, based in Coppell, TX, is seeking a senior leader to own end-to-end value realization for the Transformation Program. You will partner with the CFO, Transformation Office, and functional leaders to baseline, forecast, and report value, and serve as the finance approver at each stage-gate to ensure disciplined value capture.

Leadersh ip in governance, financial modeling, and executive reporting will translate transformation activities into clear P&L and cash impacts while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
10+ years of progressive FP&A or transformation finance experience.
Proven ability to govern business cases and executive reporting cadence.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end value realization for the Transformation Program across Global Functions.
Quantify transformation value (cost, revenue, working capital, productivity) and integrate into budgets and forecasts.
Enforce value-capture discipline with grounded business cases and tracked execution vs baseline.
Partner with HR and Transformation leads to design and track Retained Organization savings for each function.
Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership on value opportunities, risks, and mitigation plans.
