• Strategic Execution: 15+ year experience delivering complex, high‑impact initiatives in asset management.
• Program Management Excellence: oversee multiple strategic initiatives with cross‑functional alignment.
• Operational Leadership: manage large, cross‑functional teams and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and governance of critical initiatives, including long‑term plans and integration work.
• Embed governance with milestones, accountability, business outcomes and escalation protocols.
• Monitor cross‑functional performance and drive risk resolution with senior stakeholders.
• Drive accountability for timeliness and quality of deliverables across project teams.
• Coordinate across business units, IT and central functions to align priorities.
