Qualifications

• 15+ year experience in Asset Management or related area delivering complex initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and drive execution.
• Oversee multiple strategic initiatives with cross-functional coordination.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning understanding.
• Ability to influence across all organizational levels and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of NAM International's most critical strategic initiatives as a senior PMO leader.
• Provide governance and milestones for transformation programs with clear accountability.
• Monitor cross-functional workstreams and escalate risks with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Embed governance frameworks and measure progress using KPIs and outcomes.
• Guide decision-making, budget adherence, and continuous improvement across programs.
