Job summary

Nomura is seeking a Global Functional Lead Operational Risk NAM International. The role, based in the US (New York or Philadelphia) at Executive Director level, leads the ORM program for Nomura Asset Management International and related entities.

You will roll out risk frameworks, oversee RCSA, monitor risk indicators, and report to senior management while promoting a strong risk culture and governance across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk management experience in LoD roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ORM program for NAM International across US and international entities.
• Oversee risk and control self-assessments (RCSA) and challenge 1LoD.
• Develop and monitor top and emerging operational risks and KRIs.
• Provide independent oversight and reporting to senior leadership and committees.
• Drive risk culture, training, and awareness across NAMI.
