Job summary

EMS|MC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and champion continuous improvement across the PMO. You will influence without formal authority, mentor teams, and assemble multiple groups to support tactical efforts while delivering projects on time, scope, and budget.

You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and stakeholder communications, with a focus on customer satisfaction and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager with measurable improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience managing complex change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to implement continuous improvement methodologies.
• Executive presence and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex, high-priority projects within the portfolio and align with organizational objectives.
• Manage project budgets, including vendor contracts, ensuring value within constraints.
• Develop detailed project plans with ownership, deadlines, and accountability for tasks.
• Oversee scope changes and formal change requests.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Improve enterprise-level tracking with reports and dashboards for forecasting.
• Engage stakeholders and keep external clients, internal customers, vendors, and leadership informed of progress and risks.
• Lead vendor relationships across projects to ensure clear responsibilities and compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and support PMO strategic goals.
• Pursue ongoing learning and certifications to maintain proficiency.
