Job summary

Diageo North America in Stamford, CT is seeking a Business Strategy & Transformation Lead to partner with NAM domain leaders to understand objectives, opportunities, and cost targets. You will report on the Transformation agenda, ensure cross-functional alignment, and drive value through structured governance and KPI visibility.

Design end-to-end GBS architectures, lead solution delivery, and translate strategy into roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large transformation programs in CPG supply and commercial areas.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Hybrid work location: 3 days in Stamford office and 2 remote.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end GBS processes and architectures for margin optimization.
• Lead solution architecture aligning business and technology goals.
• Develop operating models, governance, and service lifecycle.
• Provide executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
