Job summary

Diageo North America is seeking a Business Strategy & Transformation Lead to own and drive the NAM transformation agenda, aligning cross-functional priorities with KPI and business outcomes.

You will design end-to-end GBS architectures and lead solution delivery, ensuring alignment between business and technology architectures with emphasis on governance, cost optimization, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• BPMS, systems thinking, L6S certification.
• Planning and execution of large transformation programs in CPG.
• Change management and program execution.
• Strong communication with NAM Exec/SLs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NAM leaders to align strategy with KPI and outcomes.
• Report/manage transformation agenda ensuring initiatives connect across functions.
• Lead solution architecture and governance for GBS in NAM transformation.
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across processes.
• Develop executive dashboards and scorecards to track value realization.
