Job summary

Diageo NAM is seeking a Business Strategy & Transformation Partner in Stamford/3WTC hybrid work model. The role partners with NAM leaders to chart strategic objectives and KPI targets, while steering the overall transformation agenda across functions to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include shaping the GBS involvement in NAM initiatives, guiding solution architecture, and driving standardization, automation, and value realization through dashboards and KPI scorecards.

Qualifications

• BPMS and systems thinking with L6S certification.
• Planning, design and execution of large transformation programs in Supply and Commercial areas.
• Change management and program execution.
• Strong communication skills capable of engaging NAM Execs.
• MS Office and Power BI usage; exposure to AI models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NAM business domain leaders to define objectives, opportunities and KPI targets.
• Lead NAM transformation agenda, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely outcomes.
• Assess Diageo GBS participation in NAM transformation and integrate requirements.
• Facilitate structured discovery sessions capturing NAM and GBS needs across the lifecycle.
• Translate business strategy into value propositions and roadmaps; drive standardization and automation.
