Job summary

Diageo's North America team seeks a seasoned Business Strategy & Transformation Lead to drive the NAM transformation agenda and align initiatives with cross-functional objectives. You will partner with business domain leaders, shape end-to-end GBS architecture, and deliver executive dashboards and KPI reporting to senior leadership from the 3WTC Stamford hub in a hybrid work model.

You will translate strategy into concrete roadmaps, manage benefits realization, and ensure regulatory and risk

Qualifications

• BPMS (Business process management systems) and systems thinking required.
• Experience planning, design and execution of large transformation programs in CPG or related sectors.
• Strong change management and program execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leaders (NAM Exec/SLs).
• Proficiency with MS Office and BI tools, exposure to AI models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NAM business domain leaders to understand strategic objectives and KPI targets.
• Oversee the Transformation agenda for NAM ensuring initiatives align across functions and timelines.
• Evaluate GBS participation in NAM transformation and ensure governance structures are in place.
