Job summary

Global Payments seeks a Senior Transformation Analyst to analyze business requests and design automated systems that drive efficiency and scale. You will support end-to-end integration and separation programs across functions, ensuring Day 1 readiness and sustainable Day 2 execution.

The role requires 3+ years in transformation or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Risk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, or related cross-functional roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication, able to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end integration workplans, Day 1 readiness, and Day 2 execution across functions.
• Coordinate TSA design, transition, and exit activities with clear scope and timelines.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and governance routines; surface risks and drive remediation.
• Develop dashboards and narratives for senior leadership to track TSA economics and synergy realization.
