Job summary

American Engineering Testing Inc is undergoing a major enterprise transformation to scale operations and standardize delivery. The Manager, Strategy & Transformation will drive the Road to 2030 program, ensuring initiatives stay on track and communications are timely and clear for leaders.

The role combines program management with change enablement, requires influencing without formal authority, and requires collaboration with sponsors and cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or strategy execution.
• Experience managing multi-workstream programs in small to mid-size orgs.
• Strong change management expertise and ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Experience in architecture/engineering/construction is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site at AET's St. Paul, MN office with some travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the governance structure for transformation program and cadence.
• Coordinate cross-initiative dependencies, risks, and scheduling.
• Prepare and present monthly executive updates and roadmaps.
• Define templates, standards, and operating rhythms for teams.
• Facilitate decisions and cross-workstream coordination meetings.
