Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, strategy, or related fields.
• Experience cross-functionally engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Transformation Office/PMO/change management exposure is a plus.
• Background in transportation, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close transformation initiatives with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Define scope, objectives, KPIs, and success criteria with sponsors.
• Develop workplans, track risks, and manage dependencies.
• Monitor progress, escalation of risks, and post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Performance Finance to track KPIs and variances.
• Document progress and share learnings across the team.
• Engage stakeholders and present updates to leadership.
