Job summary

Brightspeed in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Corporate Transformation Manager to accelerate value creation from ongoing initiatives through strategic problem solving and defining incremental programs to bridge gaps. You will diagnose roadblocks, partner with initiative managers, and lead cross-department enablement including change management and analytics, while presenting insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm.
8+ years of relevant experience and career progression.
Structured problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Initiative accelerants: identify gaps between initiatives and targets and design plans.
Cross-departmental enablers: partner with initiative managers to establish enablers.
Incremental initiatives: identify opportunities to surpass annual targets and define plan.
Program strategic review: risk assessment and continuous improvement of transformation program.
Executive communication: prepare reports and present insights to senior leadership.
