Job summary

Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI) seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function, optimize total cost of ownership, and align supplier strategies with Operations, Finance, and Legal.

You will manage procurement operations, inventory governance, contracts, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive value, reduce risk, and improve supply chain performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; field: supply chain, business, finance, logistics, or engineering.
7+ years in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing.
3+ years in leadership of procurement teams.
Strong experience with supplier negotiations, RFQs, RFPs, and contract management.
Proven track record in process improvements and procurement controls.
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all procurement activities with strategic direction and daily oversight.
Develop sourcing strategies to improve quality, service, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.
Identify opportunities to reduce expenses and streamline processes.
Serve as SME for procurement policies and internal controls.
Lead RFQ, RFP, and supplier evaluation processes.
Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and service agreements with suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance using KPIs focused on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance.
Collaborate with Internal Audit and Legal to strengthen governance and compliance.
