Job summary

Direct ChassisLink, Inc. (DCLI) is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function, shaping strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and total cost of ownership to support growth and operational excellence.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, and executive leadership to drive value, manage contracts, oversee inventory governance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across domestic and international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing procurement teams.
• Strong experience with supplier negotiations, RFQs, RFPs, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
• Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and procurement controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all procurement activities, providing strategic direction and daily operational oversight.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that improve quality, service levels, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce expenses, streamline processes, and increase operational effectiveness.
• Serve as SME for procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain procurement SOPs and internal controls.
• Lead RFQ, RFP, and supplier evaluation processes.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, warranties, and service agreements with suppliers.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships with domestic and international vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs focused on cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and compliance.
• Resolve supplier-related issues involving quality, delivery, invoicing, shortages, and claims.
• Oversee purchase order governance, procurement workflows, and post-order tracking.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and audit requirements.
• Monitor and support inventory-related procurement and forecast-driven purchasing.
