Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Finance Manager for the DT PMO to lead financial management, forecasting, labor tracking, and cost control for the Prime Transformation initiative. The role collaborates with DT Finance, DT PMO, and Project Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting across all Prime workstreams.

The position is hybrid and located at one of Collins major facilities, requiring U.S. citizenship. Proficiency in SAP, COBRA, Planview, and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with COBRA, SAP, Planview, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams is required.
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Aufgaben

• Labor tracking: compare transformation labor hours against project plans and reconcile discrepancies.
• Forecasting & financial management: manage Forecast On-Time Delivery metrics and update workstream forecasts in Planview.
• Perform variance analysis and coordinate with Project Managers to identify root causes.
• Prepare accruals and assist with cost control and budget changes.
• Track budget changes and cost-saving opportunities within Prime workstreams.
