Collins Aerospace's Digital Technology Infrastructure team in Fort Wayne, Indiana seeks a Program Engagement Lead to own planning, estimation, and execution for secured Program Work Environments. You will be the primary DT touchpoint for assigned programs and drive digital transformation in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrix.

You will manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance, prepare status communications, and collaborate with suppliers to accelerate resolution.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access information under this program.
• Ability to attain a Secret/Top Secret Clearance.
• Experience managing digital technology projects with oversight of infrastructure and software development.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with DT, Facilities, Engineering, and Security on proposals and Basis of Estimates for opportunities.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance with forecasts and EAC.
• Document changes in the DT development scope over the lifecycle.
• Prepare presentations and communicate status to leadership.
• Establish metrics, milestones, and monitor adherence to scope.
• Resolve conflicts and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in process improvement for predictable delivery.
• Coordinate with third parties to accelerate problem resolution.
