• Develop and refine integrated program budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance; provide insights on risks and cost drivers.
• Manage funding approvals and change-control processes.
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
• Deliver executive-level reporting: budget vs actuals and run-rate analysis.
• Conduct scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and business stakeholders on contracts.
• Coach and mentor a team of financial analysts.
