Job summary

CBRE Investment Management is seeking a Director to lead the initiation and execution of strategic transformation initiatives, partnering with senior executives across the global organization. You will shape vision, manage change, and coach leaders to embed lasting improvements in a leading real assets firm.

The candidate will drive multi-workstream programmes, align benefits with leadership, and ensure adoption through governance and change-management best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in investment management or related financial services.
• Proven ability to influence and coach senior executives as change leaders.
• Experience leading end-to-end transformation programmes with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programmes end-to-end across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, evaluate and prioritise strategic initiatives.
• Provide insight and rationale to support or challenge initiatives and define a future-state vision.
• Oversee governance: steering committees, ExCo reporting, risk forums.
• Lead change management: impact assessments, communications, training and adoption.
