Job summary

CBRE seeks a Global Senior Procurement Director to lead a geographically dispersed procurement team and drive strategic initiatives across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. You will partner with client stakeholders, CBRE leadership, and cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives and deliver measurable improvements.

This role requires deep experience building scalable operating models, governance, and change management across large technology-focused accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of progressive procurement/supply chain leadership experience.
• Professional certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or NACM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed procurement organization with 5 direct and 3 indirect reports.
• Partner with client stakeholders and CBRE leadership to align procurement initiatives globally.
• Develop and implement a globally consistent procurement operating model across regions.
• Act as trusted advisor, presenting strategies and business cases to gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Drive procurement transformation to improve processes, supplier performance, and value delivery.
