Job summary

CBRE seeks a Global Senior Procurement Director to lead a geographically dispersed procurement organization and partner with client stakeholders and CBRE leadership to drive strategic initiatives across regions. The role focuses on governance, standardization, and a globally consistent operating model to deliver value.

You will build high-performing teams, manage executive-level relationships, and guide procurement transformation initiatives in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience.
• Professional certifications such as CP.M., CPSM, or NAPCM preferred.
• Experience leading global procurement organizations in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a globally dispersed procurement organization.
• Partner with client stakeholders and CBRE leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• Develop a globally consistent procurement operating model for governance and scalability.
• Act as trusted advisor presenting strategies and business cases to senior stakeholders.
• Drive procurement transformation to enhance processes, supplier performance, and value delivery.
• Build relationships across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas with key decision-makers.
