Job summary

Collective Insights is seeking a Management Consultant to drive and deliver complex client engagements in Atlanta and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives that align with client goals.

You will bring consulting experience with a Big 4 or comparable firm, strong communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Management Consultant with a Big 4 or comparable firm.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives for large or global organizations.
• Ability to build credibility, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with client teams.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Master’s degree or post-graduate coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, challenges, and objectives to deliver work products that drive meaningful outcomes.
• Support or lead workstreams within enterprise-level initiatives, contributing to successful delivery across project phases.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions with client stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables, analysis, and documentation aligned to CI standards.
• Build trusted relationships with client team members and stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
• Work across multiple disciplines and functional areas to meet client needs and project goals.
