Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Director of Transformation & Analytics to lead high‑visibility initiatives across the Video & Software organization. You will oversee transformation programs, manage platform ecosystems, and partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to improve QTC flows and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics) is required.
• 10+ years of proven experience in technology transformation, strategy implementation, and organizational change management.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence platforms, data analytics tools, and methodologies to drive data‑driven decision‑making.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑functional portfolios or programs, such as quote‑to‑cash modernizations, system integrations, or cloud optimization journeys.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and meeting facilitation skills with a natural talent for bringing clarity to ambiguity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of building trust across product, engineering, finance, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing professional teams, including experience managing people managers or high‑potential individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Transformation: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive technological innovation, digital transformation, and M&A acquisition integration projects within the organization.
• Advanced Analytics & BI: Design, manage, and scale a comprehensive BI dashboard infrastructure and deliver data‑driven insights to senior leaders.
• Portfolio & Program Management: Oversee cost, schedule, and performance of transformation initiatives with clear reporting and risk logs.
• Cross‑Functional Alignment: Build partnerships across engineering, finance, legal, operations, IT, and GTM to unblock dependencies.
• Change Management: Develop communication, readiness, and adoption plans to ensure smooth rollouts of new processes.
• Talent Development & Leadership: Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the office; mentor managers and ICs to foster innovation and accountability.
