Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plans (IEHP) seeks an Analyst III to lead cross-functional, advanced analytics supporting strategic and operational goals. You will translate complex data into actionable plans, deliver executive-level recommendations, and guide implementation across departments.

The role requires mentorship of analysts, development of dashboards, and strong data visualization using Power BI and SQL in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, including complex multi-stakeholder analyses.
• Advanced-level analytical work on regulatory analysis or transformation initiatives.
• Experience building dynamic dashboards and driving business recommendations.
• Healthcare setting experience required; managed care or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, advanced analytical work to support IEHP’s strategic and operational goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and executive-level recommendations.
• Mentor Analysts and project teams, ensuring quality and alignment with IEHP policies.
• Develop and oversee dashboards and data analyses to drive improvements.
