You will develop complex reports, design metrics, and mentor teams in data interpretation to support compliance and performance goals.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, data integration, and the creation of visualization environments aligned with IEHP standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in study development, writing and analysis in healthcare.
• Experience with complex data systems and data sets.
• Master’s degree required; backup with relevant bachelor plus 2 years hospital/health plan exp.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, preparation and presentation of detailed reports and analyses for strategic transformation and care improvement.
• Oversee data integrity reviews, performance metrics design, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop data mining techniques for standardized and ad-hoc reports.
• Guide teams in translating data into effective strategies and action plans.
• Ensure timely, accurate, compliant studies and reports; mitigate reporting issues.
• Support training materials and management audience communications.
